Just bring yourself and any questions you have! If you're ready to apply, you may want to bring a photo ID, but it's not required for the tour. We'll show you the home, introduce you to the house manager, and explain our program in detail.

Tours typically take 30-45 minutes. This gives you time to see all the common areas, available rooms, meet the house manager, ask questions, and learn about our program structure and house rules.

Yes! You're welcome to bring a case manager, family member, friend, or support person with you. For referral partners bringing clients, we encourage you to join the tour to see our facilities firsthand.

Yes, we offer virtual tours via video call for those who cannot visit in person. While we strongly recommend in-person tours when possible, virtual tours allow you to see the home and meet the house manager remotely.

Absolutely! If you're eligible for either location or want to see both options, we can arrange tours of both the male residence (Roseland, IL) and female residence (East Chicago, IN). Just let us know in your tour request.

After your tour, if you're interested in moving forward, we'll discuss the application process and next steps. There's no pressure—take your time to think about it. If you decide to apply, we'll guide you through the screening and intake process.
